Chris spent her life caring for others, consistently putting the needs of others ahead of her own. She could always be counted on for a laugh, a kind word, and a helping hand. Chris and Don’s home was always the “hub” for family gatherings and activities, especially when family from around the U.S. were in town for a visit. There was a pot of coffee available 24 hours a day.
Chris loved caring for her grandkids, spending time with family, and hosting parties around the swimming pool. She was an awesome cook, proven by the fact that her sausage gravy was legendary. She was also an accomplished painter.
Chris worked in many areas, from owner/operator of her own Beauty Shop to communications and dispatch assistance at a trucking firm.
Chris loved the Lord with all her being and used her beautiful singing voice to honor and praise Him at every opportunity.
Words do not exist that could adequately describe just how much Chris will be missed by family, friends and acquaintances.
