Billie Carolyn Novak, 81, of Bushnell, FL, passed away on May 3, 2019 in Winter Garden, FL. She was born in Bigelow, Arkansas, to Fletcher and Blanche Eoff. She was involved in 4H and PTA. Her passion was teaching and spending time with students, family and her Boston Terriers. She also enjoyed cooking, going on cruises, and road trips. She was Baptist in faith.
She is survived by sons: Dr. Joseph "Brent" Novak (Zelda) of Bushnell, FL, Robert "Kent" Novak (Heather) of Dallas, TX; grandchildren: Toni (Tom) Rich of Wildwood, FL; Travis Bannon of Dallas, TX; and Jack Bannon of Dallas, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Joel Novak, Jr. and brother, James Eoff.

A service will be held on Friday, May, 10, 2019 at 11:00 am at Purcell Funeral Home Chapel (with visitation from 10:30-11:00 am) with Pastor Clarence Crane officiating. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
